- New Zealand orders will be delivered by Courier Post
We only ship to physical addresses (no PO Boxes)
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details.
To make sure your order reaches you safely, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with alternative delivery or pick-up options.
Please E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange any returns. Returns not otherwise outlined by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will be at 1800 Shoemakers discretion and will be contingent on the following:
- Item(s) need to be returned within 14 days of purchase;
- Unworn and unused
- In the original packaging which must be in the original condition
- Include proof of purchase with your return
